3 things to help your google business profile rank in the map pack(local top 3):

1. Consistency - Even if you don’t have the review counts, as many photos, or even a public location, consistency is what will help you soar to the top spot in your area. I was able to get my business to number one in my target area and other surrounding areas by simply completing my profile, responding to reviews, showing activity across my website and socials, and making posts.

2. Targeting an Area- It’s wonderful ranking in multiple towns all over a state, but targeting one area first is usually the way to go. The more Google can learn specifics about your business, the more it can help your business rank high all over the place. So start small by targeting 3 locations and continue to slide those key words in whenever you can through posts, review replies, descriptions, etc.

3. Building a Presence - Make posts on your profile, post on socials, be professional, get a professional website that represents your business, put thought into your description rather than just using AI. Everything you do represents how potential customers can trust you and how Google can trust you. It’s built like that for a reason so make it work for you rather than against you.

If your business isn’t showing up on google, here are some things you can check and try!

1. Do you have consistent information throughout platforms?
- same number on yelp, angies, facebook, google
- same emails
- years performing service
- etc

2. Do you reply to reviews?
- a simple reply even is better than none. Google wants to promote businesses that interact with the clients professionally!

3. Are you uploading high quality photos?
- Photos are great, but if they arent representing your business well or getting the point across then they are only hurting you!

4. Consistent activity!
- Reviews as mentioned earlier!
- Updates
- Hours
- Active Socials
- Consistent Photo Uploads

5. Keywords
- If google doesn’t understand your service, it can’t rank you
- needs clear cut information(services, location)

This list is only a few things out of many that can help your business be trusted my Google. It takes time and consistency which can be hard while managing a business.
