Another recent refurbishment project using the One Stop Shop SEAI grant scheme. This project is located in Portumna and was a complete facelift, refurbishment and extension to a single storey house. Over the last number of years we have been extensively involved in refurbishment projects using the One Stop Shop SEAI grant scheme. We have worked in conjunction with the team at on this project using the One Stop Shop Scheme. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This project is located in Kinvara and involved part demolition and an extension to the existing house. The original house was completely refurbed and has been brought up to an A1 rating using a combination of external wall insulation, new windows/doors, Air to Water Heat Pump source and PV panels. The project was constructed by Damien Mitchell who did a super job
