We are delighted to share the successful completion of the Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for the Municipal Level Agriculture and Livestock Services Centers under:

ECO Bardibas, Mahottari (10 nos)
ECO Butwal, Rupandehi (10 nos)
ECO Dhankuta (10 nos)

These DPRs have been prepared to support the establishment and improvement of agriculture and livestock service facilities at the municipal level, with a focus on enhancing service accessibility, institutional efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Through this assignment, our team carried out detailed technical studies and planning to ensure that the proposed centers are practical, functional, and aligned with local service delivery needs. The project reflects a meaningful step toward strengthening the agricultural and livestock sector and supporting farmers and communities with better public service infrastructure.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all concerned stakeholders for their trust, support, and collaboration throughout the assignment. We are pleased to share progress on our ongoing assignments under UNOPS:
• DPR of Bishnu Pandey Park, Sunwal Municipality
• DPR of Kalika Sport Club Maidan, Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City
Our team has successfully completed site visits for both projects, gaining valuable on-ground insights into existing conditions, user needs, and site potential. The visits were instrumental in understanding key planning and design considerations required for developing comprehensive and sustainable DPRs.
We are currently advancing with data analysis, concept development, and technical assessments to ensure well-informed and context-responsive design solutions.
We thank UNOPS for their continued trust and collaboration. We look forward to delivering impactful public spaces that enhance community engagement and urban livability.

Vacancy Announcement for Admin & Finance Officer:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Finance Officer with strong accounting skills and the ability to support marketing, business development, and project onboarding activities.

Experience & Education:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA Intermediate (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain complete books of accounts, including ledger, cash book, and journals using accounting software (e.g. Swastik, Tally).
• Record all financial transactions, manage VAT, TDS, PF, CIT, SSF, and ensure compliance with government tax and financial regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and project-wise financial reports.
• Manage payroll, staff allowances, reimbursements, bank transactions, and reconciliation statements.
• Process vendor payments, verify bills, maintain purchase orders, contracts, and support audits.
• Track project-wise costs (salary, travel, materials, consultants, etc.) and follow up on receivables.
• Support the Business Development and Marketing Team when required.
Coordinate with partners/owners for project onboarding, including site visits, communication, and follow-up.
• Prepare, explain, and manage agreement documentation ensuring proper record-keeping and timely signing.
• Present company/projects to owners and stakeholders when required using approved materials.
• Maintain updated records of partner engagements, agreements, and onboarding status and report to management.

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance in Nepal
• Experience with accounting software (SWASTIK, TALLY)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle both finance and administrative/marketing support roles
• Two-Wheeler Vehicle Driving License
