Position: Logistic Manager – Manager/Assistant Manager
Quantity: 1 person
Department: P Business team
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: 5-15 years
Work description:
• Import repository
- Tracking the volume of import inventory of each production-Import inventory.
- Instructions to arrange the pile into the warehouse as prescribed.
• Managing storage to transport PHC pile
- Do the export procedure
- Coordinating mean of transportation for goods
- Managing Product Inventory properly.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Performing other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
Education and Specialization:
• Qualification:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role and responsible above.
- Priority for candidates with experience in managing warehouse management, merchandise Knowledge and logistics
- Define problems collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to improve profitability
- Certificates or licenses relevant to the works
• Skill:
- Proficient in professional computer software such as MS office, Auto cad;
- Good in English for communication, reading comprehension of basic documents
- Communication Skills, presentations, good persuasion
Language: Fluency in both oral and written (English)
Computer: Skill in Auto Cad, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
