Services/Repair

We are committed to keeping our products in a safe and reliable condition with a good stock of original spare parts, and 24/7 on-call service team. In addition, we provide expert training and technical support to improve the safety and productivity of customers' operations, and reduce the chance of malfunction and damage which are often led by improper use of equipment.

To ensure malfunctions are quickly resolved, and to keep unexpected downtimes to a minimum, we always maintain a good stock of original spare parts, and position on-call service team strategically located close to customer. We also have several service vehicles, which carry commonly replaced parts, to enhance the mobility of our repair service.

All repairs are carried out by highly qualified personnel. The use of original spare parts ensures maximum operating reliability.

Services/Spare parts and back-up hoist:

We always maintain a good stock of parts which are brand new and original to ensure the safety and reliability.

For customers whose production only allows very short period of downtime or have night shift, we usually recommend them to have an extra set of commonly replaced parts in their own stock to save the ordering and transporting time.

In the event the damage is so bad that can't be recovered shortly for any reason, we can provide back-up hoist for such the emergency.

Services/General overhaul:

A general overhaul makes it possible to extend the life cycle of your machinery, We usually advise our customers to send back the hoist unit for general overhaul after long years of service, or when theoretical life cycle time has almost elapsed, which may vary, depending on the field of application.

Our general overhauls are performed by experienced specialists, who can give professional advice for the best interest of customer based on the diagnosis of equipment condition. We do make sure the unit passes all the function check, including 125% full load test, and is applied with new paint finish before we return the hoist unit to customer.
