We are seeking Green Building Engineers and Interns to join our team:
- 1x Green Building Engineer
- 2x Green Building Interns

✅ Job Description:
- Consulting on passive design and green building certification (LEED, EDGE and WELL).
- Performing energy simulations, analyzing natural lighting and ventilation, conducting life cycle assessments (LCA), and calculating carbon emissions.
- Researching new energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for construction and urban planning.

📝 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, M&E, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in green building services. Final-year students are eligible for the intern position.
- Proficiency in English for understanding technical reports and drawings.
- A spirit of learning, thoroughness, and interest in green buildings.
- LEED GA, LEED AP, or EDGE Expert is a plus.

Kính mời Quý Anh/Chị tham dự Hội thảo “Công trình xanh và giải pháp giảm phát thải Carbon” do Hiệp Hội Tư Vấn Xây Dựng Việt Nam (VECAS) tổ chức tại Đà Nẵng.

Theo thông báo từ U.S. Green Building Council, các dự án đăng ký LEED mới sau ngày 30/06/2026 sẽ bắt buộc áp dụng phiên bản LEED v5. So với LEED v4/v4.1, phiên bản này có nhiều thay đổi với các yêu cầu cập nhật và chặt chẽ hơn, có thể ảnh hưởng đến chi phí đầu tư. Do đó, chúng tôi đề xuất Quý Khách hàng có thể cân nhắc đăng ký sớm nhằm bảo lưu áp dụng LEED v4/v4.1 cho dự án.

ISD Engineering vinh dự tham gia và phát biểu tại sự kiện chúc mừng ‘Việt Nam lọt Top 10 quốc gia/vùng lãnh thổ có nhiều dự án LEED nhất ngoài nước Mỹ trong năm 2025’ do USGBC, GBCI và Daikin Việt Nam tổ chức vào ngày 04/02/2026. Đây là một cột mốc ý nghĩa, ghi dấu hành trình phát triển công trình xanh tại Việt Nam.
