MARUICHI SUN STEEL ĐÓN TIẾP ĐOÀN SINH VIÊN TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC LẠC HỒNG THAM QUAN

Ngày 18/6/2026, Công ty Cổ phần Maruichi Sun Steel đã tổ chức chương trình tham quan và giao lưu với sinh viên Khoa Cơ điện – Điện tử, Trường Đại học Lạc Hồng. Đây là hoạt động tiếp nhận sinh viên các trường đại học đến tham quan, trao đổi học hỏi thường niên do công ty tổ chức nhằm mục đích giúp các bạn sinh viên viên được giao lưu với các chuyên gia cũng như có cái nhìn thực tế về công nghệ của Maruichi Sun Steel.

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, các bạn sinh viên đã được giới thiệu tổng quan về Công ty, lĩnh vực hoạt động, môi trường làm việc cũng như định hướng phát triển. Bên cạnh đó, đoàn đã trực tiếp tham quan khu vực xưởng sản xuất để tìm hiểu thêm về quy trình vận hành, máy móc thiết bị và hoạt động tại doanh nghiệp.

Chương trình cũng có phần giao lưu, hỏi đáp (Q&A) giữa sinh viên và đại diện Công ty, tạo cơ hội để các bạn trao đổi, tìm hiểu rõ hơn về môi trường làm việc thực tế. Bên cạnh đó, hàng năm công ty tiếp nhận sinh viên của các trường đến thực tập nhằm giúp các bạn sinh viên có được trải nghiệm về công việc thực tế, góp phần định hướng sự nghiệp cho tương lai.

Thông qua hoạt động này, Maruichi Sun Steel mong muốn góp phần kết nối giữa nhà trường và doanh nghiệp, đồng thời hỗ trợ sinh viên bổ sung kiến thức cho quá trình học tập và cơ hội việc làm sau khi tốt nghiệp.

MARUICHI SUN STEEL WELCOMES LAC HONG UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FOR A COMPANY VISIT

On June 18, 2026, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company organized a company tour for students from the Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics, Lac Hong University. This annual program is part of the Company’s ongoing initiative to welcome university students for visits and learning exchanges, with the aim of giving them opportunities to interact with experts and gain practical insights into Maruichi Sun Steel’s technologies.

As part of the program, the students were introduced to the Company’s overview, business activities, working environment, and development orientation. In addition, the group had the opportunity to visit the production factories directly to gain a deeper understanding of the operating process, machinery and equipment, as well as the Company’s actual business operations.

The program also included a Q&A session between the students and Company representatives, allowing the students to exchange ideas and gain a better understanding of the real working environment. In addition, Maruichi Sun Steel welcomes students from universities and colleges for internships every year, helping them gain practical work experience and supporting their future career orientation.

Through this activity, Maruichi Sun Steel hopes to strengthen the connection between the university and the enterprise, while also supporting students in enhancing their knowledge during their studies and expanding their employment opportunities after graduation.

KHÁM SỨC KHỎE ĐỊNH KỲ LẦN 1, NĂM 2026 CHO NGƯỜI LAO ĐỘNG

Ngày 12/06/2026, Công ty phối hợp cùng đơn vị y tế chuyên môn tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ cho toàn thể người lao động. Đây là hoạt động được duy trì hằng năm không chỉ thể hiện trách nhiệm của Công ty trong tuân thủ quy định pháp luật về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động còn nhằm bảo vệ sức khỏe người lao động và nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực. Thông qua chương trình, người lao động được kiểm tra tổng quát các chỉ số sức khỏe, xét nghiệm máu, chụp X-quang, cùng các hạng mục khám phát hiện bệnh nghề nghiệp đối với một số vị trí công việc… nhằm tầm soát và phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ bệnh lý để có biện pháp theo dõi, điều trị kịp thời.

THE FIRST PERIODIC HEALTH CHECKUP OF 2026 FOR EMPLOYEES

On June 12, 2026, SUNSCO in coordination with a specialized medical unit, organized a periodic health checkup for all employees. This annual activity not only demonstrates SUNSCO's responsibility in complying with legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene but also aims to protect the health of employees and improve the quality of human resources. Through this program, employees received a general health checkup, blood tests, chest X-rays, and examinations to detect occupational diseases for certain job positions… in order to screen for and detect early health risks so that timely monitoring and treatment can be implemented.

Sáng ngày 02/06/2026, Công ty Maruichi Sun Steel vinh dự đón tiếp đoàn phường Dĩ An đến thăm và tổ chức chương trình cà phê sáng, giao lưu cùng doanh nghiệp và người lao động.

Buổi gặp mặt diễn ra thân mật với sự tham gia của Ông Hồ Hồng Minh – Chủ tịch HĐND phường, Ông Võ Văn Hồng – Chủ tịch UBND phường, Bà Lâm Hoàng Thùy Trang - Chủ tịch Ủy Ban MTTQ Việt Nam phường và Ông Đoàn Nam Lê Thiện – Chủ tịch Công đoàn phường. “MORNING COFFEE WITH BUSINESSES AND EMPLOYEES” PROGRAM – CONNECTING, LISTENING, AND SHARING

On the morning of June 2, 2026, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company was honored to welcome representatives from Di An Ward for a morning coffee gathering and networking session with the company and its employees.

The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere with the participation of Mr. Ho Hong Minh – Chairman of the Ward People's Council, Mr. Vo Van Hong – Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, Ms. Lam Hoang Thuy Trang – Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward, and Mr. Doan Nam Le Thien – Chairman of the Ward Labor Union. The gathering was also attended by the Company's Board of Directors, union members, and employees of Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company.

GIẢI BÓNG CHUYỀN SUNCO CUP LẦN THỨ VII NĂM 2026

Nhằm tạo ra sân chơi lành mạnh, nâng cao sức khỏe và tăng cường tinh thần đoàn kết giữa các bộ phận, giải bóng chuyền SUNSCO CUP lần thứ VII năm 2026 đã được công ty tổ chức thành công với sự tham gia của 05 đội đến từ các phòng ban trong công ty.

Trận chung kết được tổ chức vào ngày 08/05/2026 trong không khí cổ vũ nhiệt tình của đông đảo cán bộ, nhân viên công ty.

Đặc biệt, trước khi diễn ra trận chung kết, đã diễn ra trận đấu giao hữu giữa cán bộ Nhật Bản và cán bộ, nhân viên người Việt Nam.

Kết quả của giải đấu, đội vô địch thuộc về đội bóng của bộ phận Mạ kẽm (CGL1,2), hạng nhì thuộc về đội của Ban bảo trì thiết bị (MAD).

THE 7TH SUNSCO CUP VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT 2026

In order to create a healthy recreational environment, promote physical fitness, and strengthen solidarity among departments, the 7th SUNSCO CUP Volleyball Tournament 2026 was successfully organized by the company with the participation of five teams representing different departments within the company.

The final match was held on May 8, 2026, in an exciting atmosphere with enthusiastic support from a large number of company employees.

In particular, before the final match took place, there was a friendly match between the Japanese and Vietnamese teams.

As a result of the tournament, the championship title went to the Galvanizing Mill Department (CGL1,2), while the runner-up position belonged to the Maintenance Department (MAD).

The 7th SUNSCO Cup Volleyball Tournament 2026 concluded successfully, leaving many memorable impressions and cherished memories for all employees and staff members.

“VƯỜN XANH SUNSCO” – LAN TỎA TINH THẦN XANH, GẮN KẾT TẬP THỂ

Trong tháng 4/2026 vừa qua, Công đoàn phối hợp cùng Ban giám đốc tổ chức cuộc thi chăm sóc “Vườn xanh SUNSCO” giữa các bộ phận trong công ty. Hoạt động đã thu hút sự tham gia sôi nổi của 17 đội thi đến từ các bộ phận.

Cuộc thi không chỉ là sân chơi giao lưu, gắn kết tập thể sau giờ làm việc mà còn góp phần lan tỏa tinh thần sống xanh, nâng cao ý thức bảo vệ môi trường và xây dựng không gian làm việc thân thiện, gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Mỗi khu vườn đều mang dấu ấn riêng với cách bố trí sáng tạo, chăm sóc tỉ mỉ và đa dạng các loại rau xanh sạch.

Ngày 25/04/2026 với sự đánh giá công tâm từ Ban tổ chức dựa trên các tiêu chí như: sáng tạo, tận dụng vật liệu tái chế, thân thiện môi trường, đội SHE đã xuất sắc đạt Giải Nhất của cuộc thi. Thành quả này là sự ghi nhận cho tinh thần đoàn kết, sự chăm chút và nỗ lực của tập thể đội SHE trong suốt quá trình tham gia.

Bên cạnh giải Nhất, các đội thi còn lại cũng đã mang đến nhiều khu vườn đẹp mắt, thể hiện tinh thần nhiệt huyết và sự hưởng ứng tích cực đối với phong trào “Vườn xanh SUNSCO”.

Chương trình diễn ra trong không khí vui tươi, phấn khởi. Đây cũng là một trong những hoạt động ý nghĩa góp phần xây dựng văn hóa SUNSCO ngày càng đoàn kết, năng động và phát triển bền vững.

“SUNSCO GREEN FARM” – SPREADING GREEN SPIRIT, STRENGTHENING TEAM UNITY

In April 2026, Labor Union and Board of Directors, organized a competition on "SUNSCO Green Farm" among the company's sections. The competition attracted enthusiastic participation from 17 teams.

The competition was not only a fun activity to foster teamwork after work but also contributed to spreading the spirit of green living, raising awareness of environmental protection, and building a friendly and nature-friendly work environment. Each garden has its own creative layouts, and a diverse variety of clean, fresh vegetables.

On April 25, 2026, with fair evaluation from the Organizing Committee based on criteria such as creativity, using recycled materials, and environmental friendliness, SHE section excellently won First Prize. This achievement is a recognition of the spirit and efforts of the team throughout the participation process.

Besides the first prize, other sections also good in taking care thier gardens, demonstrating their enthusiasm and positive response to the "Sunsco Green Farm".

HỘI NGHỊ NGƯỜI LAO ĐỘNG NĂM 2026

Cầu nối đối thoại trực tiếp giữa Ban Lãnh đạo và toàn thể cán bộ, công nhân viên. Đây là dịp quan trọng để người lao động được lắng nghe, chia sẻ ý kiến, đồng thời đóng góp vào sự phát triển chung của công ty.

Ngày 17/03/2026, tại Công ty Cổ phần Maruichi Sun Steel đã tổ chức Hội nghị Người lao động năm 2026 với sự phối hợp của Ban Chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở. Hội nghị vinh dự có sự tham dự của đại diện các cơ quan ban ngành gồm Liên đoàn Lao động và Sở Nội vụ TP.HCM, khẳng định tầm quan trọng của việc thực thi quy chế dân chủ và xây dựng quan hệ lao động bền vững tại doanh nghiệp.

Hội nghị đã tiến hành đánh giá toàn diện kết quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2025 và báo cáo tình hình thực hiện các chế độ, chính sách đối với người lao động. Tại Hội nghị đã diễn ra với tinh thần dân chủ, thẳng thắn, tập thể nhân viên đã trực tiếp đóng góp các ý kiến thiết thực về điều kiện làm việc, thu nhập và an toàn lao động… Ban lãnh đạo công ty đã trực tiếp ghi nhận, giải đáp các kiến nghị, đồng thời cam kết tiếp tục cải thiện phúc lợi, đảm bảo quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho người lao động trong thời gian tới.

2026 EMPLOYEE’S CONFERENCE

A bridge for direct dialogue between the Management Board and all employees. This is an important opportunity for employees to be heard, share their opinions, and contribute to the overall development of the company.

On March 17, 2026, Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company held its 2026 Employees' Conference in coordination with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union. The conference was honored to have the participation of representatives from various agencies, including the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor and the Department of Internal Affairs, affirming the importance of implementing democratic regulations and building sustainable labor relations within the enterprise.

The conference conducted a comprehensive assessment of the 2025 production and business results and reported on the implementation of policies and regulations for employees. The conference was held in a democratic and frank atmosphere, with employees directly contributing practical suggestions regarding working conditions, income, and occupational safety. The company's leadership directly acknowledged and addressed these suggestions, while also committing to further improving welfare and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of employees in the future.

Within the framework of the event, the conference voted to approve important contents including the Resolution of the Employee Representatives Conference of Maruichi Sun Steel Joint Stock Company and the plan for caring for the material and spiritual well-being of employees in 2026. NỖ LỰC PHÁT TRIỂN NĂNG LƯỢNG THẾ HỆ MỚI, GÓP PHẦN HỖ TRỢ MÔI TRƯỜNG TƯƠNG LAI

Tại SUNSCO Việt Nam, chúng tôi đang đẩy mạnh các hoạt động giảm khí thải để hướng tới tương lai bền vững.

Trong những nỗ lực đó, chúng tôi đã thay nồi hơi LPG cũ bằng nồi hơi sinh khối thân thiện với môi trường và bắt đầu vận hành chính thức từ tháng 2 năm 2026.

Việc đưa thiết bị này vào sử dụng dự kiến giúp giảm khoảng 6.000 tấn khí CO₂ mỗi năm, đồng thời vẫn duy trì hoạt động ổn định của dây chuyền sản xuất. Đây không chỉ là sự đóng góp vào các biện pháp ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu mà còn góp phần thúc đẩy việc sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo và bảo vệ môi trường tại Việt Nam.

Trong thời gian tới, chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục phát triển bền vững, đẩy mạnh tiết kiệm năng lượng và sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo, đóng góp cho xã hội thông qua hoạt động sản xuất thân thiện với môi trường.

EFFORTS TO DEVELOP NEXT-GENERATION ENERGY, CONTRIBUTING TO SUPPORTING THE FUTURE ENVIRONMENT

At SUNSCO Vietnam, we are stepping up our emissions reduction efforts towards a sustainable future.

In these efforts, we have replaced our old LPG boilers with environmentally friendly biomass boilers, which will officially begin operation in February 2026.

The introduction of this equipment is expected to reduce approximately 6,000 tons of CO₂ emissions annually, while maintaining the stable operation of the production line. This is not only a contribution to climate change mitigation measures but also helps promote the use of renewable energy and environmental protection in Vietnam.

In the future, we will continue to develop sustainably, promote energy saving and the use of renewable energy, and contribute to society through environmentally friendly production activities.

GIAO LƯU CUỐI NĂM – GẮN KẾT BỀN CHẶT CÙNG HỘ DÂN XUNG QUANH CÔNG TY 🎉

Hằng năm, vào dịp cuối năm Công ty đã tổ chức buổi tiệc giao lưu thân mật với mong muốn tăng cường mối quan hệ gần gũi, gắn bó giữa Công ty và các hộ dân sinh sống xung quanh.
Buổi tiệc được tổ chức vào ngày 16/01/2026 trong không khí ấm áp và vui tươi với sự tham dự gần 200 khách mời, bao gồm đại diện các Cơ quan Ban ngành địa phương, Ban lãnh đạo cùng các cấp quản lý Công ty. Đây là dịp đầy ý nghĩa để Công ty gửi lời tri ân, đồng thời tạo không gian gặp gỡ, giao lưu, thắt chặt mối quan hệ gắn kết lâu dài với cộng đồng.

Trong khuôn khổ chương trình, Công ty đã tổ chức bốc thăm trúng thưởng với các phần quà hấp dẫn, mang đến sự hào hứng và niềm vui cho các khách mời tham dự.
