On the 15th of this month, BERIM officially concluded the Technical Assistance component for the Climate Resilient Urban Infrastructure in North-central Viet Nam (CRUIV) project. Looking back at our four-year journey since 2022, BERIM is proud to have contributed to the progress made toward improving lives across the region.
BERIM extends its thanks to all BERIM and CONINCO team members and sub-project PMUs for their dedicated work throughout the implementation period, as well as our partners at the EU and the AFD for their trust, looking forward to future collaboration!

🌿 Sharing Insights from Chennai!
Advancing nature‑based and blue‑green infrastructure solutions under the KfW‑funded SMIF‑TN Phase III project with Spatial Decisions and C2S2 for TNUIFSL, Berim contributed global case studies during the workshops held on 6 and 9 February 2026 in Chennai, India.
These sessions brought together institutions and experts to explore how NBS can enhance climate resilience, urban livability, and the integration of green‑grey systems in rapidly growing cities.

In November 2025, Berim is honoured to have hosted a Vietnamese Delegation from the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUD) under the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.
The visit began with a warm reception at our headquarters in Paris, followed by a tour of "Les Lumières Pleyel" construction site in Saint-Denis, a real estate complex featuring three buildings with 189 housing units and business premises.
This visit is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen our international partnerships by showcasing our sustainable housing projects and exploring new avenues for collaboration. A warm welcome to our Vietnamese partners, and we look forward to continuing our dialogue together!
