Full Time Employee, M-F, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
UMA Precision Machining is primarily a medical device and medical instrumentation contract manufacturing company and is looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Pay is DOQ (Depends on Qualifications).

This position is responsible for assisting and supporting management in customer service, manufacturing documentation and system administration of the company ERP system, employee records, new hire orientation, safety training, benefits administration for 401(k), Medical and HSA, assisting Quality department with ISO documentation control and employee training records.
Essential Functions:
• Oversees the daily work activities of the office and customer service support
• Works directly with management and staff on customer service-related communications
• Posts job openings, presents offer letters, and administers on-boarding and new hire training
• Processes incoming and outgoing daily mail
• Oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections
• Purchases office supplies and office equipment
• Work with IT service assisting with onsite IT Support
• Electronic and hard copy file management
• New Customer and Vendor set-up in ERP system and accounting software
• ERP system (JobBOSS) and accounting system (QuickBooks) administration
• Monthly bank statement and credit card statement reconciliations
• Benefits administration (401(k), Medical, HSA (Health Savings Account)
• Payroll new hire set-up and employee termination processing
• Apprenticeship Grant Administration
• R&D Project Research and Reporting
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
• Back-up receptionist
Education and Experience:
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing as administrative and clerical support required
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service support required
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including data analysis and report writing skills required
• Able to perform and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required
• Thorough understanding of the machine manufacturing industry preferred
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems preferred
• Previous experience and knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001:2015 quality standards preferred
