Hayes Motosports is here to cater to your needs, wants, and mistakes. Within reason, of course. Any "stocked" item will carry a 30 day return policy, with a mandatory 10% re-stocking fee. Item must be UN-OPENED, and in the same NEW condition which it left our possession. Items which have been opened, will not be accepted. Any refunds will be given in the same form as which you orig

inally paid. Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card.....where the money originted, is where it will be returned. Personal Checks are not accepted in any case, sorry. Non-stocked/Special order items will carry a 30 day return policy, with a mandatory 20% restocking fee. Refunds for these items will only be given in form of store credit.
