Youngstown Spray Equipment (YSE) is actively recruiting a bookkeeper/administrative assistant to help grow and established company with a start-up atmosphere. The successful applicant will be a motivated, self-starter with experience using accounting software such as Quickbooks and NetSuite and a willingness to be part of an up-and-coming company. Bookkeeping duties will include billing/invoicing, maintaining accounting records, payroll, and tax filing. Other duties will include being a first point of contact with phone-in customers/vendors.
We are in the process of rebuilding a company with a long history in the area and there are many advancement opportunities for the candidate who wants to grow with us. The successful applicant will be a person comfortable working in a small business in the industrial equipment distribution industry with a clientele that includes contractors and manufacturing companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

The successful applicant will be a motivated, self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to be part of an up-and-coming company. Job duties will include breaking down, cleaning and repairing painting, pressure washing and abrasive blasting equipment. Although a definite plus, area-specific knowledge is not required. However, the successful applicant must have strong mechanical or small-engine repair skills, a willingness to learn, and strong logical thinking skills. We are looking to grow our team and there are many advancement possibilities.
