Once again we are proud and thankful for our on going work relationship with the City of Aurora, IL, Government for trusting us to handle the demolition of existing concrete stairs, fabrication and installation of new steel and precast stairs and railings for the New York Street Bridge. Also thankful for our partners on this project, Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating for sandblasting and powder coating, Don Bohr and Sons Concrete for demolition and concrete repairs, A*Z Galvanizing/Joliet for galvanizing, O'Malley Welding & Fabricating Inc. for fabrication services and TATISCO Inc for installation and assembly.

This is a project that we were involved with this past winter The project was a remodel for a repeat customer , Whitetail Ridge Golf Club. The owners of this club transformed there pro shop and added a new pub , The Persimmon Room. As well as a huge patio deck and a covered patio area. Our involvement included

Here is one of our most recent projects that we completed. We custom made this pergola for customers in Plano. We fabricated all of the components in house. As always it was installed by ironworkers from Ironworkers Local 393 and powder coating was handled by Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating.

A new sign that we finished for Southbank Original Barbecue in downtown Yorkville. The powder coating was completed by Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating. Can’t wait to this installed and see it back lit.

Using our forge and Hebo, we are able to quickly fabricate ornamental components on a mass scale. This gives us the advantage of speed while still being made with a really high quality and being able to easily replicate as many parts as we need.

Thought I would post some of our custom plasma work that we have done over the last couple of months. It starts with an idea then takes shape as a one of a kind piece of metal art. Here is one of recently completed projects, A one off bench for the Somonauk High School band hallway. The bench features a frame of 1-1/2" edge hammered tube with maple seat that was milled and cut to size in house using our Wood-Mizer sawmill. The backrest is a piece of cedar with a custom cut sign mounted to it. thanks Nicholas Lambert before hiring us to do the job for the school.

So proud of my daughter Tabitha Jo and daughter in law Jennie Rose for working the front lines at the hospitals. Also for Lisa O'Malley for using her God given talents in sewing these face masks that tabby and her co- workers are now wearing at work.

Here is a recent installation that was completed for our repeat customers The City of West Chicago. Fabrication was completed by O’Malley Welding, with Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating handling the powder coating and iron workers from Ironworkers Local 393 handling the install.
