🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead electrical quality inspections and commissioning activities

• Review installations, schematics, and drawings to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, site superintendents, and commissioning teams
• Mentor field personnel and promote safe, high-quality installations

⚙️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 7+ years of industrial electrical experience, including leadership, commissioning, or quality control
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic-reading skills
• Knowledge of PLC systems, NEC, and NFPA 70E
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Automation or material handling experience is a plus

- Complete service documentation and assist with parts and service support

⚙️ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in automation, industrial maintenance, or mechanical/electrical systems
- Foundational mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability and willingness to learn schematics, diagnostic tools, and preventative maintenance practices
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Technical school, vocational training, mechatronics, millwright experience, or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
- Ability to work safely and confidently in industrial environments

Westfalia is looking for a hands-on Controls Systems Technician (Systems Support) to troubleshoot and support the controls systems behind our automated material handling equipment.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC-based control systems both remotely and at customer sites
- Debug, modify, and document PLC and HMI programs

- Perform system inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Partner with Aftermarket, Engineering and customers to resolve technical issues

- 1–4 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs and HMIs; Siemens experience is a plus
- Understanding of industrial networks and communication systems

- Familiarity with automation or material handling equipment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- BSEE or equivalent hands-on experience
