If you've driven past the Warehaus office recently, you've probably noticed something new taking shape on our building.

We're pleased to partner with the York Symphony Orchestra as the home for their newest mural, created by York artist Annelise Vuono. The project brings together art, music, and place-making in a way that reflects the energy and creativity happening throughout downtown .

As a firm that spends its days thinking about how the built environment shapes communities, it's rewarding to see our building become part of a project that adds another layer of character and visual interest to the city.

Thank you to the York Symphony Orchestra and Annelise for the opportunity to be part of it. We look forward to seeing the completed mural become a familiar landmark for residents and visitors alike. Stay tuned for details about the ribbon cutting, coming soon!

A key piece of 's skyline is getting a new lease on life.

Warehaus partnered with Pyramid Construction Services, LLC, KBR Associates, Consulting Engineers (KBRACE), and Paragon Engineering Services on the exterior renovation of 333 Market Street in Harrisburg, PA.

The project focused on restoring and replacing elevated walkways, stairs, structural elements, drainage systems, lighting, and finishes to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term performance.

Working in an active downtown environment required thoughtful planning, close coordination, and practical solutions that balanced constructability with the building's ongoing operations.

We're proud to be part of a team helping extend the life of this prominent office building and supporting the continued vitality of downtown Harrisburg.

Warehaus has been named a 🏆National Finalist 🏆 in the 2026 SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services Marketing Communications Awards for our “Taste of York” Holiday Mixed Media campaign.

Earlier this year, the campaign earned First Place in the Holiday category and Best in Show honors at the SMPS Philadelphia Marketing Communications Awards. It has now advanced to the national stage, where winners will be announced this July at Amplify A | E | C in Las Vegas.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that every element of the campaign was rooted in York County, from the local products and historic references to the community projects featured throughout the experience.

Shippensburg University student Thomas Gradwell is back in the Haus this Summer to continue his civil engineering internship. We're grateful for Tom's hands-on approach, enabling him to hit the ground running on civil design projects in the first week!

We have a full Haus with two civil interns and one architectural intern keeping our teams on their toes and also enjoying our Summer Hours program.

The Archer Drive Municipal Road Extension Project in Guilford Township is a great example of how infrastructure, economic development, funding strategy, and municipal coordination come together to make growth possible.

Warehaus partnered with Guilford Township, WCN Properties, and GMS Funding to help transform a development challenge into a public infrastructure solution.

Our Civil Engineering team provided grant support, roadway design, stormwater management, utility coordination, permitting, bidding assistance, and construction-phase services for approximately 3,000 LF of new public roadway that unlocked access to future development opportunities.

Projects like this highlight the value of early collaboration between municipalities, developers, funding partners, and engineers. From PennDOT Multimodal Transportation Fund grant support through final construction, our team helped navigate the process every step of the way.

Congratulations to Stephen Stone on his promotion to Civil Project Engineer!

Stephen’s dedication, technical expertise, and commitment to professional growth were recently demonstrated through the successful completion of his Professional Engineer (PE) licensure exam in May. This achievement builds upon his existing credentials, which also include certification as a Sewage Enforcement Officer.

We’re proud to recognize this milestone and grateful to have Stephen’s work ethic and problem-solving abilities as part of the Warehaus team.
