Top Ten Reasons to go Continuous. Reason #1- Safety. Readco’s Continuous Processor provides enhanced safety over batch mixers due to its completely closed design. The mixing elements are not exposed to the operator. Feeding materials into the machine is achieved with precise feeders and pumps, eliminating the need to lift heavy bags of ingredients into a vessel. The closed design of the CP also reduces dusting and spilled materials making it to the production floor, causing a slipping hazard for your employees. Look for reason #2 next week!
