Experienced Office Administrator / Manager needed for a local construction testing business. You will be working independently and typing reports, proof reading reports, answering phone calls, managing scheduling of 8-12 employees and creating paperwork for these inspectors to complete in their field construction work.
Must be extremely knowledgeable and skilled with Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows. Must type and 10-key with reasonable speed and extreme accuracy.
Must have great customer service skills, and outgoing personality, have excellent telephone skills, and be able to multi-task and handle high levels of stress.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
Hourly wage $15 to $20 DOE.
