Not every classroom has desks and whiteboards. Some have shop floors, parts counters, and engines waiting to be rebuilt. 🍎 This World Teacher's Day, we're recognizing three of the "teachers" who keep Greenway and agriculture moving forward:

🔧 Shawn, Lead Service Trainer: He makes sure our technicians have the skills to keep today's advanced technology running in the field.

🎓 Stephen, Ag Power Systems Technology Instructor: He's preparing the next generation of technicians before they ever clock in.

📦 Eddy, Parts Trainer: He trains our parts teams to get the right part to the right customer (fast) when hours count.

Precision technology, advanced diagnostics, and smarter machines need people who know them inside and out. And that knowledge starts with great teachers.

Some things stand the test of time. For more than 50 years, the John Deere T19044 filter has been recognized as one of the few part numbers to remain completely unchanged, a constant in an industry that has changed in nearly every other way. It also happens to be the closest thing our industry has to Stan, our Vice President of Parts.

From his first days at his father's dealership in the 70s, through his years at John Deere starting in 1989, and across the 18 years he gave to Greenway, Stan has been a steady, dependable presence and lifelong champion of the agriculture industry. Along the way, he showed us that a parts department is more than shelves, numbers, and orders. It is a collection of small pieces, each one in its place and doing its part, working together to keep everything moving. Stan understood that better than anyone and built that same spirit into the people he led, so the department he shaped became far greater than the sum of its parts.

His fingerprints are on every corner of this company and on every one of us who were privileged to work alongside him. Stan, thank you for a lifetime of dedication, for the standard you set, and for the way you made this place better simply by being part of it. Like the John Deere T19044 filter, you are a true original and will remain a constant in this industry long after your last day. Congratulations on a legendary career and cheers to the next chapter!
