Are you a self driven employee, looking for the opportunity to advance your skillset in agricultural fencing and construction? Do you enjoy the great outdoors and would like the ability to see beautiful sights throughout our Big Sky State?

Here at X Bar Bar Cattle and Fencing LLC, we are currently looking to add a new team member to our crew!

What type of work will I be doing?
(Required)
-Driving (Vehicle, ATV)
-Some Lifting (applicant may be required to pass pre employment exam, dead lifting a minimum of 100lbs)
- Ground Guiding/“Spotter
-Lining up post, stringing wire, Clipping.
-Ability to travel out of town (We will provide lodging for the out of town jobs.) This job DOES NOT provide a home residence.
-Willingness to learn if lacking experience.
-Basic Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

**(Preferred)
-Ability to operate Skidsteer
-Welding experience

Whats the pay like?

Wage $18-$30 an hour. “DOE”
Pay will be biweekly. A schedule will be provided. We have the ability to do 4 ten hour work weeks or 5 eight hour work weeks. Over time available.

What’s needed to apply?
-Valid Drivers License or ID
- Pass a Pre Employment Drug Screening
( We’re operating in a high paced manner and also using equipment, this is for your safety and ours…. No impairment of any sort/nor smoking will be tolerated in our vehicles/equipment.)
- Willingness to learn, and ability to be a self driven employee.

We are based out of Roundup MT and do travel.

PPE will be provided for you and available to you upon employment.
