ArcCon (Archery Convention) in Mannheim ist immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Lange Besucherschlange vor dem Beginn. Dichtes Gedränge während der Veranstaltung. Viele neue und alte Kontakte. Interessante Gespräche. Einfach eine gute Zeit.

ArcCon (Archery Convention) in Mannheim, Germany is always a great experience. Long lines of visitors before the start. Crowds during the event. Many new and old contacts. Interesting conversations. Simply a good time.

Die Northeast Ohio Sportsman Show wird immer größer und zieht immer mehr Aussteller und Besucher aus Nah und Fern an. Während es vor Jahren noch eine beschauliche Messe in einer kaum gefüllten Halle war, sind es nun schon zwei große Hallen, ausgebucht und es gibt sogar eine Warteliste.
Alles dreht sich um Jagd und Angeln und alles drumherum. Outfitter von Montana, Maine, Georgia und Florida, Kanada und Südafrika sind vertreten und bieten Fahd auf Elch, Wildschwein, Bär, Krokodil und alles was sonst noch bejagt werden kann an. Vom Angelwurm als Köder bis zur Jagdmunition, sowie Waffen ist alles erhältlich. Elektro-Bikes, Traktoren, Anhänger, Grills, Messer, Wildfütterung, optische Geräte, Drohnen. Alles wird angeboten. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der traditionelle Bogensport erfährt nun auch Zulauf. Das Publikum ist zu 90% Amish. Sowohl auf der Aussteller als auch auf der Besucherseite.
Die Messe entwickelt sich schnell weiter. Wir bleiben gespannt, wie es nächstes Jahr wird. Wir werden da sein.

The Northeast Ohio Sportsman Show is getting bigger and bigger, attracting more and more exhibitors and visitors from near and far. While years ago it was still a modest trade fair in a barely filled hall, it now occupies two large halls, is fully booked, and even has a waiting list.
Everything revolves around hunting and fishing and everything related to it. Outfitters from Montana, Maine, Georgia, Florida, Canada, and South Africa are represented and offer hunting for moose, wild boar, bear, crocodile, and everything else that can be hunted. From fishing worms as bait to hunting ammunition and weapons, everything is available. Electric bikes, tractors, trailers, barbecues, knives, game feeding, optical devices, drones. Everything is on offer. No wish remains unfulfilled. Traditional archery is now also gaining popularity. Ninety percent of the audience is Amish, both on the exhibitor and visitor side.
The fair is developing rapidly. We are excited to see how it will be next year. We will be there.

ETAR (Eastern Traditional Archery Rendezvous) in Pennsylvania USA ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Die bekannten Namen der Community sind als Aussteller da und Besucher von überall auf der Welt kommen. Von der Westküste aus Los Angeles als auch die Foamhunters aus Schweden. Arrow-Fix ist seit Jahren vertreten und erfreut sich auch dieses Jahr sehr positiver Resonanz. Das erste Mal dabei ist auch Thomas Scholl von Blackwood-Archery.com, dessen traditionelle Bögen und Holz-Köcher sehr große positive Aufmerksam erzielen Es gibt Vorträge und herrliche Parcours und natürlich viele Fachgespräche und Infoaustausche. Abends gibt es swapmeat (Flohmarkt) wo man sich so manches Schnäppchen aus dem Bogensport ergattern kann.
