Oil pump drive on a Fabco TC-200 Transfer case that the drive spud failed on resulting in a bearing failure on the PTO output. This is why I strongly recommend adding a oil pressure gauge that the driller can see from the catwalk.

Just some photos of a winch I rebuilt/sealed for a Versa Sonic, Geotechnical Drilling Rig. Every part cleaned and inspected meticulously, all fastners torqued to manufacturers specs. This unit will lift a lot of drill tooling over these guys heads, and there is zero room for error.

Built a set of Ramps for a Freightliner, these guide the rollers and help in coupling up to a RGN trailer.

Some hydraulic cylinder bodies that I welded up for a small machine shop. If they like them there is a potential to manufacture a large run of them, I might be purchasing a weld positioner so I can weld the heads on in a single pass without stop/starts.
