Each year we host golf outings for our Team Members and once again they were a huge success and so much fun was had! We had 32 people golf in our Neillsville golf outing and 70 people golf in our Woodville golf outing! This would not be possible without our generous suppliers and vendors who make this event possible! Thank you to all that participated and once again to all that donated!!

One of our favorite events of the year! Career Venture welcomes over 2000 students each year to foster career and educational awareness. We spent the day partnering with Chippewa Valley Technical College to introduce as many of the students as we can to welding!

Our people are nothing short of amazing! It is because of them that we are able to do what we do and be dang good at it!

We are so excited that we are able to thank them and appreciate them in so many ways this year!

Most recently, this past week we paid out a 2 weeks of pay bonus, making our total for the year 6 weeks of bonuses! We also announced that for 2024 we are cutting our deductibles in HALF for our health insurance while holding our premiums the same for the last 8.5 years!! We also are still contributing $2500 to a Dependent Care FSA to help pay for child and elder care expenses! Not only that but we doubled our safety boots and glasses reimbursement!

Once again, our Team is amazing and we are so proud and thankful for them! We hope everyone has a great holiday season!! :)

HAPPY MANUFACTURING DAY!!! Manufacturing is so important to to our economy and celebrates those who proudly stand behind our goods and services!

OEM would not be who it is today without our whole entire Team! We are so excited to show off their work and host all of Baldwin Woodville’s Juniors and 8th graders today for tours all day long!

Thank you Baldwin-Woodville Area School District for believing in manufacturing and making it a priority today on Manufacturing Day! We appreciate you!!
