(iCivil) a small woman-owned business headquartered in Howard County, Maryland. Pratt Tobery oversees the day-to-day operations of a 40-person firm providing multi-disciplinary civil engin

eering services ranging from planning through construction closeout to government agencies, other civil engineering consulting firms, and contractors. She has more than 22 years of experience in the heavy construction industry and is a professional engineer licensed in six states and the District of Columbia. She is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional and a Certified Construction Manager and is actively involved in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and American Association of Cost Engineering International (AACEI). Pratt Tobery, worked for the Federal Highway Administration where she served as Area Engineer for both the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). She was selected as the FHWA Lead Coordinator in Maryland and Delaware for design-build and local agencies based on her design and construction skills and knowledge. Pratt Tobery also worked for MDOT SHA for more than eight years as Maintenance Operations Engineer, Project Engineer, and Metropolitan Construction Area Engineer for MDOT SHA District 4. Pratt Tobery graduated from West Virginia University in 1998 with a BS in Civil Engineering and earned an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland in 2001.

iCivil Inc. is pleased to be providing construction management services on the Old Seven Mile Bridge in Florida. The bridge was an engineering marvel when it was originally constructed to be utilized as a railroad bridge. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The bridge is currently used by bicyclist and pedestrians. We are so excited to be able to work the next four years on this engineering treasure.

March and April has been very busy weeks as iCivil Inc. gears up for the 2017 construction season. We are so pleased to have brought on board Amy Funkhouser as Office Engineer and Tom Fountain as an Engineering Technician. They are beginning their career in this field by joining iCivil Inc. at SHA District 5. iCivil is also excited and honored that Mike Moretti, Senior Construction Manager, has joined our team after nearly 30 years at Cherry Hill Construction. Mike brings a wealth of construction knowledge and expertise to our team. Mike will be working for Maryland State Highway District 3 Construction.

We cannot wait to begin work on the Architectural and Engineering Contract to Provide Claims and Scheduling Services for the Maryland DGS.
