Groupe, Inc. was proud to support and participate in the NVBIA's Women in the Building Industry (WBI) 2026 Kickoff Meeting, hosted at the JR Real Estate Office – Conference Room.
The event began with the introduction of the WBI Leadership Team, including our very own Jana Gilbert, WBI President, whose leadership continues to inspire connection, collaboration, and growth across our industry.
We were also pleased to recognize the dedicated committee leaders who will help guide WBI’s work in the year ahead:

As Jana shared, “As we begin a new year, my goal is simple—to ensure WBI remains a place where members feel heard, valued, and encouraged to engage—through programs, committees, events, and honest conversation. When we communicate openly, we create opportunity.”
The program featured an engaging presentation by Megan Lautz, MS, RD, CSCS, TSAC-F, Registered Dietitian and Strength Coach, who shared realistic and sustainable strategies around nutrition, strength, and performance—particularly relevant for women balancing demanding careers and full lives outside of work. Her perspective resonated deeply with the room.
The Kickoff Meeting was a strong start to 2026 and an energizing reminder of the power of leadership, community, and shared purpose.
