5. Ability to find and verify measurements to ensure accuracy
6. Ability to read and interpret drawings
7. Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs
8. Ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks with minimal direction
9. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually, or as a team when carrying loads heavier than 50 pounds
10. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
11. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl throughout each day
12. Operate heavy equipment consistent with skill level and training
13. Willingness to abide by all safety rules
14. Safety training will be provided when required by the customer and provided on the job via formal training
15. Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record a must
