Bid Packets: Complete lists of specifications and bid packets can be picked up at the LeFlore County Clerk’s office (100 South Broadway, Poteau, OK 74953) during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
Custom Specs: If your bid specifications differ from those provided, you must include a detailed list with your bid.
Deadline: Sealed bids must be received by the County Clerk's office no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026. Bids received after this time will be automatically rejected.
Bid Opening: Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026, during the regular business meeting at the Board of County Commissioners, LeFlore County Courthouse.
