We appreciate REDLAND VFD for the invite out last night to get some of their members sized for gear. They called a little short notice but we made it happen for them.

Another successful service call for one of our neighbor departments! đźš’đź’¨

They reached out after their truck pulled out of the bay, died, and refused to restart. While it had shown a few brief warning signs in the past, the issue always seemed to clear itself up—and as any technician knows, intermittent electrical issues are always the hardest to diagnose when everything is working normally!

Fortunately, experience paid off. Having recently resolved a similar issue on another rig, our team knew right where to look and tracked it down to a faulty wire connection. We removed the problematic terminal connections and soldered them together for a permanent fix, ensuring this truck is back in service and reliable for the long haul.

Thank you to our local departments for trusting us to keep your apparatus ready to respond when duty calls! 🙏🔧✨

Local department called and said sparks shooting from the batteries. Came out to find this. The batteries were 2019 batteries so this issue has been brewing for several years and finally presented itself. Problem was it presented itself when the truck was needed and couldn't be used.
It's now back in service and ready to roll out.

Matjack offers preset regulators for their air bag systems. However these can be used for many other instances. Run air tools, impacts, air chucks. Makes great auxiliary air systems for sidebyside's.
