Yesterday, we turned the tables for our Employee Appreciation Day BBQ! Our managers traded their usual duties for the grill, serving up hamburgers, hot dogs, and plenty of laughs to the hardworking team that keeps Smith Phillips going every day.

It was a great afternoon filled with good food, even better company, and a chance to show our appreciation for the people who make it all happen.
