Omega also provides other value added services to its clients. Omega has experience with site selection and evaluation, along with long-range campus master planning. In addition, Omega provides consulting, coordination and purchasing services many Owner supplied products and services. omega is on the leading edge of design and construction technologies and utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) for 3D modeling during the design process. This allows Omega to provide its Clients with a virtual 3D walk through of their facility during the pre-construction process as well as providing clash detection benefits. Omega's dedicated construction professionals supervise and coordinate every phase of construction to ensure the highest quality of construction while completing the project on schedule and within budget. "Career fair season is one of my favorite times of year. I get to meet students and job seekers who are just starting to figure out what they want their career to look like, and I love being part of that conversation.

Over the years, a few things have stood out about the candidates who leave a lasting impression. Here are my top tips for making the most of a career fair:
• Do a little homework. You don't need to memorize our website, but knowing who we are and what we build makes the conversation feel like a real connection.
• Come with a strong handshake and real eye contact. It sounds simple, but confidence goes a long way.
• Know your story. Be ready to share who you are, what you're studying or doing now, and what you're looking for next.
• Ask questions back. My favorite conversations are the ones where a candidate asks about our career paths, our culture, or what a day on one of our jobsites actually looks like.
• Follow up. A short thank-you note or a LinkedIn message afterward shows the kind of follow-through we value at Omega.
A career fair is about building a relationship, not just filling a position. If you're attending one this fall, come prepared, be yourself, and ask questions. And if you see Omega Construction's booth, I'd love to meet you."

Our subcontractor partnerships are a huge part of what makes our projects successful. To celebrate our work together and show our gratitude for their excellent craftsmanship, we hosted lunch on two active job sites this summer.

Crews at Bob's Discount Furniture in Macon, GA and Del Webb Savannah at Heartwood in Richmond Hill, GA came together to celebrate our progress together. From framing to finishes, their craftsmanship keeps these projects moving forward, and we're proud to build partnerships like these.

Our team has completed the structural steel framing, with precast concrete wall installation set to begin in the coming weeks.

Troutman Retail Shops nearing the finish line! 🚀

Our Troutman Retail Shops project is coming together, with the building shell now complete and final sitework continuing across the property. Recent progress includes completed parking lot striping, transformer installation, and ongoing painting and caulking touchups as we wrap up the final details.

With only minor sidewalk and landscaping items remaining, we’re excited to see the project entering its final phase! We’re proud of the progress our team and partners have made and look forward to delivering another quality retail development to the Troutman community.

One Month In 📍

We’ve made great progress on the Bob’s Discount Furniture distribution center since the groundbreaking back in March! So far, we’ve completed 80% of site grading, begun installing storm piping and inlets along the East and West trailer parking, and placed a majority of the concrete slab. This week we’ve begun forming and pouring tilt panels gearing up for panel er****on come June. We’re making great strides 💪

ICYMI 💡 This project will be a state-of-the-art distribution center covering over 800,000-square-feet that will serve as a major logistics hub in Macon, Georgia for Bob’s Discount Furniture. 🏗️ We’re excited to be part of a project that supports Bob’s growing operations across the Southeast while strengthening the region’s supply chain!
