👏 Garrett Bickman – Assisting Others & Reliability
Garrett stepped up without being asked when he noticed a fellow team member was busy assisting with translation. He made sure Blade 1 stayed supplied and production continued smoothly. His initiative and willingness to help wherever needed exemplify teamwork at its best. Great work, Garrett!

Daniel noticed a tall wall bundle that had not received its lifting straps. Rather than leaving it for someone else, he pushed the cart back in during shift change and properly secured three walls. Thank you for taking ownership and prioritizing safety, Daniel!

Scott caught clips that were not fully pressed in on a load headed four hours north. His keen eye for quality prevented potential issues and helped ensure our customer received the product they expect from Littfin. Great catch, Scott!
