Craig is a proven leader who knows how to build strong teams and get results. He’ll be leading our outside sales organization across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin - coaching, aligning strategy, and driving performance across a multi-state territory.

What stands out most about Craig is his customer-first approach. Throughout his career, Bob has been more than a leader. He has been a mentor, coach, and trusted resource to so many. He has a unique ability to bring out the best in the people around him, encouraging others to grow, succeed, and reach their full potential.

What has always stood out most is Bob’s genuine care for people at every level of the organization. Whether you were just starting your career or had decades of experience, Bob made the time to listen, support, and invest in your success.
