Meet Michael Endicott, CNC Machinist at Galaxy Technologies. He has been with us for 5 years and 7 months!

Michael has been a part of Team Galaxy for 5 years and 7 months. In his role as a CNC Machinist, he manufactures precision parts from raw materials that support aerospace, local businesses, and a variety of other industries.

What Michael enjoys most about working at Galaxy is the engaging work and the great people he gets to work alongside every day. Outside of work, he enjoys deer hunting and spending time with friends and family.

His advice for anyone considering a career in manufacturing: Be good with numbers and have a sharp eye for detail.

Meet Andy Johnson, QA Inspector at Galaxy Technologies. He has been with us for 1 year and 7 months!

Andy plays an important role in inspecting in process machining, small parts, and final assembly parts. He is also currently learning how to operate the CMM and continuing to grow his skills at Galaxy.

He enjoys working with the people around him and learning new skills every day.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys playing co****le, fishing, cheering on his kids in sports, and carpentry.

His advice for anyone considering manufacturing:
Be prepared to manage stressful moments that can come daily in the industry, but keep learning and adapting along the way.

Meet Jeff Voegele, Quality Control Manager at Galaxy Technologies. He has been with us for 10 years!

Jeff plays a key role in overseeing quality across the shop, making sure our products meet and exceed customer expectations. He works closely with production, engineering, and inspection teams to solve problems and keep everything running smoothly.

He enjoys the variety of work and the daily challenges that keep things interesting.
Outside of work, Jeff stays busy supporting his kids’ activities and enjoys going to tractor pulls whenever he can.

His advice for anyone considering manufacturing:
Ask questions and get involved. The more you learn, the more you grow and there is a lot of opportunity in this field.

Meet Marshall Pettitrew, CNC VTL Operator at Galaxy Technologies. He has been with us for 4 years!

What he enjoys most is the opportunity to grow and take on new roles across the shop.

Outside of work, he enjoys modifying and restoring vehicles, drag racing, and exploring trail.

His advice for anyone thinking about manufacturing:
Opportunity is there for those that have the mindset and want to put in the effort. You get back what you put into Galaxy. One year back at Galaxy, I was promoted to lead for 2 years before advancing my skill set to QA.

Galaxy Technologies was honored to be invited to attend the opening of Bell’s Wichita Assembly Center (WAC) for the MV-75 Cheyenne fuselage assembly in Wichita, KS. Bell began fuselage manufacturing operations at the facility in October of 2025, as a part of the acceleration initiative directed by the U.S. Army. The event was hosted by Danny Maldonado, President and CEO, Bell, the Bell Senior Leadership Team, and the employees of the Bell Wichita Assembly Center facility. In attendance from Galaxy were: Pete Loecke, President, Scott Malcolm, Program Management Lead, and Paul Maples, CRO.

As a supplier for the MV-75, Galaxy Technologies’ employees are proud to be a part of this significant U.S. Army Aviation program and bring the skills and experience required to support a program of this scale. Our dedication to quality, and our reputation for reliably delivering the needs of the MV-75 program on time, are reflective of our aviation heritage and culture at Galaxy Technologies. We thank Bell for the opportunity to participate in this important milestone.
