School’s almost out, and Canvas Community Church is throwing a family-friendly End of Year Party tonight from 5:30–7:30 PM!

Bring the kids out for bounce houses, hamburgers, hot dogs, snow cones, popcorn, and a little end-of-school-year fun. It’s a free event, no registration needed — just show up and bring your friends.

Just wanted to share a quick update and thank everyone who has helped support the Stewart family over the last several days.

We made our first donation drop-off to the family last week, and thanks to the generosity of so many people throughout the community, we already have another full table of donations ready for the next trip over.

It’s been incredible seeing friends, coworkers, local businesses, churches, customers, and community members step up to help a family going through an unbelievably difficult situation. Every bag of groceries, gift card, blanket, clothing item, donation, and share has truly mattered.

We’ll continue collecting donations through this week at Wi******er Equipment during regular business hours if anyone would still like to contribute.

Current needs still include:

• Shelf-stable food and snacks
• Gift cards for groceries, gas, Walmart, or restaurants
• Toiletries and personal care items
• Pillows, blankets, diapers (Size 7), and wipes
• Clothing and household essentials

Had a great time representing Wi******er Equipment Co today at the 72nd Clarke-Frederick-Warren 4-H & FFA Spring Beef Show. I was proud to be there as WECO sponsored the Gold Level Showmanship Award and to see firsthand the hard work these kids put into their animals and their showing skills.

A lot of early mornings, long days, and dedication go into getting to this point, and it definitely shows once they step into the ring. Congrats to all of the exhibitors and families involved this weekend — and thank you to everyone who helps keep these programs going strong. 🍀🐄

I wanted to share an opportunity to help a local Wi******er family that recently lost their home and nearly everything they owned in a devastating house fire on Azalea Lane.

The family, including several children, is currently staying in a hotel while trying to rebuild and get back on their feet.

Wi******er Equipment Company will be collecting donations at the Wi******er location beginning Thursday, May 14 through Thursday, May 21 during regular business hours. All donated items will be delivered directly to the family by Friday, May 22.

Requested items currently include:

• Shelf-stable food and snacks
• Gift cards for groceries, gas, Walmart, or restaurants
• Toiletries and personal care items
• Pillows, blankets, diapers (Size 7), and wipes
• Clothing and household essentials

Current clothing needs shared by the family include:

• Men’s shirts sizes 3X–4X
• Men’s pants sizes 44/32 and 42/30
• Women’s shirts sizes 2X–3X
• Women’s pants size 2X
