WASHRM is hosting its first-ever golf tournament on September 25, and we’re excited to be a part of it!

Funds raised from the tournament will go toward scholarships for local high school students pursuing careers in HR-related fields.

It’s a great way to support future HR professionals while also connecting with others in the community for a fun day out on the course.

As we continue planning our employee appreciation luncheons for this year, we want to give a huge (and long overdue) THANK YOU to Blessing Ridge Farm for catering our Christmas luncheon in December!

Their prime rib was absolute perfection — tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The entire meal was incredible, and our team is still talking about it!

And a thank you, as always, to Fox Meadow Barn for providing us their beautiful venue for the day. It’s the perfect space to gather, celebrate, and show our appreciation to our amazing team.

A huge THANK YOU to Stonewall Mini Storage for providing us with a walk-in cooler in December to keep our employee appreciation coolers, full of pork and beef, cold for our employees to take home at the end of the day!

The last Friday of every month we have an employee appreciation luncheon! For the last five years, our annual January one has been a ‘Souper Bowl’ soup & chili cookoff! Each 1st place winner gets $100 cash. Yesterday we had 13 contenders! We had everything from regular chili, white chicken chili to potato, vegetable, chicken noodle, wild game, and gumbo soup! The winning soup was Calvin’s Sour Cream Potato Soup and our winning chili was a tie for Calvin’s Hearty Meat Chili and Billy’s Edible Chili! Congratulations to Calvin for winning double! Thanks to all that participated! We truly are blessed with the best! 😊 🍲 😋
