Justin Musser/ JMC Tools Authorized Cornwell Dealer Justin Musser and his wife, Chelsea Clagg, are the owners of JMC Tools, your local Winchester area Cornwell Tool franchise.

Justin is a Frederick County, VA native with over 15 years of prior experience in the automotive industry. Justin graduated from Sherando High School and Dowell J. Howard Center's Automotive Technology Program. He worked at a local Chevy dealership before becoming a Master Automotive Technician for Kia-Subaru. Chelsea is a native of Ona, WV and a West Virginia University graduate. She has her BA i

n English and her MA in Secondary English Education. Chelsea and met Justin after moving to Frederick County, VA for a teaching position. Chelsea has worked as a educator in Frederick County Public Schools for over 10 years. Chelsea and Justin married in September 2019, and reside in Clear Brook, VA with their two children, Aria and Liam. Chelsea and Justin are active in the foster care community, having been foster parents with CFW Foster Care for over 5 years. They enjoy making memories with their family while camping, boating, and traveling.
