Our experts have the knowledge and experience to facilitate projects from concept to completion. Since its inception in 1978, Eustace Engineering has participated in a wide variety of projects providing land planning and site engineering services to industrial, commercial, and residential developers, municipalities and other professional firms. We offer a wide breadth of engineering capabilities,

as well as flexibility, attentiveness and creativity. Through education and expansion we have widened our areas of expertise to include Master Planning, Acquisition/Feasibility Studies, Land/Site Development, Project/Construction Coordination, Value Engineering, Forensic Engineering, Expert Witness, Landscape Design, Stormwater Management and Floodplain Study. We also offer a fully equipped and ready to mobilize survey division. Our experienced survey staff is prepared to fulfill any and all topographic information gathering needs, as well as perform boundary surveys and construction stakeout. Eustace Engineering's headquarters is located just outside of Philadelphia in Willow Grove, PA. We have satellite offices located in Camp Hill, PA, Mansfield, PA, and Bozman, MD.

Eustace Engineering is proud to play a key role in bringing this community space to life! We’re overseeing construction to ensure everything meets top environmental standards, as required by DEP’s Chapter 102 NPDES regulations. In simple terms, we visit the site weekly, check in after rainstorms, and make sure everything is on track to keep the project safe and sustainable. From inspecting critical construction stages to submitting detailed reports, we’re working closely with the Township and contractors to make Mermaid Park Playground a safe, fun, and eco-friendly spot for everyone to enjoy.

Eustace was proud to be part of today’s ribbon cutting for JMB Gardens, a new 41-unit, $16.7 million affordable housing community in Uptown Harrisburg.

Governor Josh Shapiro and former Eagles running back LeSean McCoy joined community leaders to officially open the development, which brings much-needed affordable housing to the area.

What an incredible day we had celebrating the season! The Eustace team kicked things into high gear at K1 Speed, where some friendly competition on the go-kart track brought out our inner racers. 🏎️💨

After all the adrenaline, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Manufacturers, sharing laughs, great food, and reflecting on the successes of the year. 🍽️✨
