Check out this special spline adapter we made to update a butterfly valve actuator. This was an emergency job that we had back out the door in less than 24 hours from when the machine broke down.

We started by disassembling the old shaft. Reverse engineering the bastard spline. Making the new shaft. Then welding in the new shaft to the old actuator arm.

This saved the customer thousands in lost production time instead of waiting weeks for new parts. It was a pleasure to help and a pretty fun job to complete.
