Seth joined Bollig Engineering with a passion for helping communities create lasting improvements through infrastructure projects that make a difference in everyday life. As part of our Construction Services team, he serves as a critical link between design and construction, helping bring projects from plans to reality.
What excites him most about his role is the opportunity to see small communities grow, meet new people, and be part of projects that positively impact residents for years to come.
When he's not on a project site, you'll likely find him spending time with family, golfing, hunting, or fishing.

Please join us in congratulating Josh Johnson on 10 years with Bollig Engineering! When asked what he enjoys most about his work, Josh shared:

“I enjoy the problem-solving that’s required to take a project from planning through construction. No two projects are ever the same, and each presents its own unique challenges that need to be worked through and overcome.”

A few projects that stand out most to Josh include:
- Dairy Queen in Willmar, the first project he signed off on as a Professional Engineer
- FedEx in Willmar, a project he often points to when describing what he does as an engineer
- City of Wood Lake, where he has been involved from the very beginning and has helped lead progress through multiple phases

Josh, thank you for your hard work, commitment, and the impact you’ve made over the last 10 years. We’re grateful to have you on the team and look forward to what’s ahead.

It was a great day on the Golf course! Eight members of the Bollig team bonded over 18 rounds of golf in the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers (MNSPE) Scholarship Fundraiser golf event for a great cause! ⛳

We are excited to welcome Megan Kunkel as our newest Project Coordinator at Bollig Engineering!

With 10+ years of experience spanning construction, manufacturing and marketing, Megan knows how to keep complex projects organized, on track and moving forward. From coordinating vendors and managing budgets to leading cross-departmental teams and building scalable programs that shorten timelines and reduce costs, she truly is a jack-of-all-trades. She brings structure, adaptability, and a get-it-done attitude to everything she takes on.

Outside of the office, Megan is a devoted wife and mother of two who finds joy and respite in the beauty of God's amazing creation. There isn't an animal she won't love, a mountain trail she won't explore, and she's always rooting for the underdog.

Her personal motto says it best: "Be Excellent to Each Other". We think that fits right in around here. Welcome to the team, Megan!

Adam Josephson is celebrating his 5-year anniversary at Bollig this week! Adam started with us as a Design intern, then worked part-time while he finished school, and has been full-time since!
