From prototypes to production, JMD Manufacturing can make custom products designed and built to your exact specifications. In 1988 the operation moved into a 3000 sq. pole shed in Willmar, MN. These JMD products were brought online throughout the years. The Boot Washer-Sanitizer was introduced in 1990. The Farm D
rainage Pump product line was acquired from a local business in 1991 with a major upgrade in 2019. The Swing Away Mailbox Post went into production in 1996.
2024 brought new ownership under long time manager, Brent, and his wife Deb Ringler, with plans to update and expand JMD's capabilities. JMD Manufacturing is capable of machining and fabricating most types of metal and plastic parts and assemblies. JMD's current size is 22,000+ square feet with CNC mills and lathes, 5 access turning center with bar feed capabilities, swiss screw machines, manual mills and lathes, a robotic welder, fabricating equipment and other welders. By combining any of the manufacturing processes we offer, we can provide individual piece parts up to completed product or equipment. We have 37 years of experience in machining and fabricating using a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, mild and specialty steels, aluminum, copper, brass and plastics. JMD provides and offers its services to a broad range of industries, from agriculture to aerospace and everything in between. We strive to provide quality service at a competitive price while retaining many of our customer relationships for decades. JMD is dedicated to meeting our customers' needs of design and or manufacture of equipment and components, not particularly specializing in, nor limited to any industry.
