Prairie Winds Services has been an owner operator company since 1998, since the start of Prairie Winds Services we have grown from a small fiber optic and power service company to being one of the best boring contractor in the oil industry in North Dakota. We have been busy in the past five years chasing the demand of the growth of a booming oil field economy with projects consisting in both resid
ential and commercial projects as well as the oil industry. Some of those projects have been running fiber optic, power, water and sewer, to 3 major developments for the city of Williston, ND which was just shy of 800 new homes. In the city of Watford City, ND we did a large commercial division running all the service laterals and main line for all the sewer, water and phone and cable. This consisted of 3 hotel, 2 strip malls and a Cash Wise grocery store. In the oil industry we have done work and still are doing projects for major companies like Statoil, Oneok pipe line, JMac Resources, Whiting Oil, and Hess Corp. In the oil fields we have done projects as small as small 2 inch gas line to major 36 inch oil transport line. The biggest project to cost and size is a JMAC Recourse line for fresh water, This is a 144 mile 20 inch PVC line that we spent the better part of 2 years on and had a flawless record.
