Customer reported an oil leak from the transmission area on a 2023 Isuzu FTR equipped with an Allison 3000 Series transmission. Performed mobile on-site diagnostics and confirmed the transmission output shaft seal was leaking. Removed necessary components to access and replace the failed seal, then thoroughly cleaned the surrounding area of all oil residue and contamination. Reassembled all components, topped off transmission fluid to proper level, and verified repair with no further leaks present. Unit was repaired and returned to service the same day through mobile repair support.

2022 International HV607NE was reported to have smoke coming from the rear tandems. Upon arrival, spoke with the driver and performed an inspection of the rear axle assembly. Found the rear wheel seals had failed, allowing gear oil to contaminate the brake components.

Began repair by safely jacking and supporting the truck. Removed the outer and inner wheels, brake calipers, axle shafts, and hubs. Disassembled the brake rotor assemblies and replaced the failed wheel seals and bearings. Installed new brake rotors, reassembled hubs, and reinstalled all components. Installed and adjusted new brake pads, then repeated repairs on both sides of both drive axles.

Filled all hubs with gear oil, reinstalled wheels, and torqued all hardware to manufacturer specifications. Tested brake system operation and verified proper performance. 2022 International HV607NE was returned to service.

Recently we began servicing a new account. They had been using 4 other companies over the last two years and knew their fleet wasn’t being maintained properly. We offered a free evaluation to assess the fleet. This hyster had steer beam mounting points and brackets missing causing the beam to fall out if the machine came off the ground. We are overnighting parts and will have this fixed tomorrow.

Diagnosed leaking staging cylinders on a 2014 Toyota 8FD70U. Began repair by disconnecting hydraulic hoses from the first staging cylinder. Removed lift chain and associated hose routing to gain access to the cylinder. Secured cylinder with lifting chain and safely removed it from the mast assembly.

Disassembled cylinder, inspected internal components, and replaced all necessary seals. Reassembled cylinder and reinstalled it into the lift. Reconnected all hydraulic hoses, chains, and related components, tightening all hardware and fittings to manufacturer specifications.

Repeated the same repair procedure on the second staging cylinder. After both cylinders were repaired and reinstalled, tested operation to verify proper function and confirm leaks were eliminated. Returned unit to customer upon completion of repairs.

Customer called in today regarding a 2022 Freightliner M2 106 Base that was intermittently blowing turn signal fuses, rendering the truck unsafe to operate. Through our mobile repair service, we were able to quickly diagnose the issue despite the extensive wiring throughout the tractor trailer. Our technicians traced the problem to an upfitter-installed harness that had been improperly secured, causing it to rub through a small section of wiring and create an intermittent short. The damaged area was repaired and properly secured, restoring the truck to safe operating condition the same day.
