We checked it out yesterday when it was very cold up on the hill in Washington Vermont. But today it was warmer and warm enough to work outside without gloves on.
NEFS is hooking up the refrigeration on this bulkheaded 6000 gallon dairy bulk milk tank in a Maple Sugar house in Washington Vermont to cool the concentrated sap after it goes through the RO.

We are not out of the dairy equipment business here; and don't anticipate going out. But, we also have collected the motherload of stainless steel tubing over 28 years; and that could be repurposed in Sugar Houses.

I love this little vacuum pump! I sold more of these in 2021 than ever. (Maybe because of the 2021 closure of Bob White Systems in Royalton).
My family milked a few Jerseys all through the 1960s by hand. We could have used one of these!
