We were able to help a local farmer replace worn gears on his hay baler. He was unable to find replacement gears so we measured his worn gears and made a new set. We love to be able to work with local farmers to keep them running.

We cleaned up the worn wrist pin bore on this large piston for a customer.

Our customer needed some holes plugged in this aluminum casting. We bored the holes round, chamfered the holes heavy, pressed in some aluminum plugs, and filled in the chamfers with weld. Here we are milling off the excess weld to match the original surface.

We welded and turned the bearing journal on this manure thrower. We like to help our local farmers get their machinery back into operation!

This week we had an emergency job. The customer needed the inside diameter of this coupling bored to fit a new motor and get their production back up and running.
Also, the new LED lights make it a lot easier to see what we’re doing!
