We had a 2014 gmc come through the door yesterday that wouldn’t pass inspection due to some frame rust. We removed the bed, fuel tank, and cut out some patch panels in house with our CNC plasma table. In, and out, and back on the road the same day!

We wanna say a huge thank you to Kervin Eshleman at Bustedknuckle Transmissions, for jumping in this year to sponsor the blue truck. As many of you may, or may not know. Kervin has been a huge part of our success over the last few years. From running low 5 second passes, sled pulling 300ft, 2300+hp dyno hits, it all requires a very stout transmission to handle the abuse. 2004 6.0 powerstroke came in for a crank, no start condition. After some diagnostics, and air testing the high pressure oil system we found a failed HPOP, and the IPR valve missing its screen. We replaced the the hpop, and ipr valve with OEM parts.

If you have a 6.7 Cummins this upgrade is a must! The 6.7 Cummins grid heater utilizes a small bolt, and nut inside the intake manifold that can corrode and break off, causing catastrophic engine damage. We highly recommend upgrading your factory grid heater with an aftermarket unit before you’re left spending thousands on an engine rebuild. We had a customer come in looking to save some time. Time is money, and when your equipment is down you’re losing money.

This customer was needing to replace the tail light panel on his work trailer, and didn’t wanna deal with the hassle of cutting out the panel, and the holes by hand. So we took all the work and hassle outta this repair for him, we measured all the lights and laid them out in the configuration he wanted. Drew it up on CAD and burned it out on our CNC plasma table with his supplied materials.

A 6.7 powerstroke came in for a set of our Carter Built intercooler pipes. These are a great upgrade over the stock intercooler pipes. Our hot side pipe allows you to run a full 3” intercooler pipe from the turbo to the intercooler allowing for more flow. Our cold side pipe allows you to get rid of the factory plastic pipe that is prone to splitting and leaving you on the side of the road!
