We work primarily in metal stairs, handrails, and ornamental fencing: design, fabrication, and installation. This is often in new construction or rehabilitation of existing facilities. There are other related, as well as pure custom, work from time to time. Normal work week is 35-40 hours. Occasional overtime (usually longer workdays, but occasional Saturday work) is required.

We are looking for 2 people:
One needs to be an experienced fabricator. We prefer this candidate to have 5 years experience in metal fabrication. Experience does not need to be directly in our specialty area. This person would lead an installation team, surveying what is required, planning and directing the installation. Some shop fabrication will also be required in between installs.
The other person can be newer to the field, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in related metal fabrication.
