I always try to connect with and show my students a fun time in the forge. But once in a while its my students whom show me a good time in the forge. Last weekend we had two such classes. Thanks all for coming in and sharing your incredible spirit of family over these holidays.

Gave the Fredericks Cross a try today. No welding just cutting and twisting a single railroad spike. When done correctly, the diamond shaped hole in the center occurs naturally.

We built a countertop railing for customers to be able to pull up a seat and watch. Most all the wood is authentic antique barn wood from one of our buildings from long ago!
