Check out our 8x10 Rugs

We've carried 8x10 rugs for a couple of years now, but were only able to display a handful at a time. Even with that limited display, we had enough people purchase them to make it worth getting a display rack for them. We now are able to display 50 8x10 area rugs at once! Come by and check out our selection of brand new rugs. Prices range from $69 to $285

*In case you are not in the know, rugs are one of the handful of items we purchase for sale at ReStore along with flooring, paint, paint supplies and a few sundries.

In observance of Juneteenth, our program office and Wichita Habitat ReStore* will be closed Friday, June 19th. We will take this day to reflect on our collective responsibility to advance justice and equity for all. This celebration reinforces our core mission of building a more equitable future through accessible homeownership in Sedgwick County.

Habitat for Humanity’s global mission began in the 1940s at Koinonia Farm, a Georgia community built on the principles of equity and shared resources. By prioritizing partnership and dignity, we launched an initiative to build affordable homes in collaboration with families, which ultimately shaped the Habitat we know today.

* ReStore Wichita will reopen with regular hours the following day on Saturday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

We want to send a huge thank you from all of us here at ReStore Wichita and Wichita Habitat for Humanity to Spencer and SB Mowing. Not only does SB Mowing transform overgrown yards and help neighbors in need, but he took the opportunity to bring us donated items from this family's property cleanup.

By helping this family and donating these items to ReStore, he has made a triple impact:
- Helping our community members
- Reducing waste
- Building homes and hope

There are upcoming classes for financial literacy, held on the 3rd Saturdays starting this month!
