Here’s a short story for ya!

I got a pair of ActionTrax a couple years ago. Lance was putting together my tire carrier last weekend and noticed an issue with them.

My guess is the coating they used wasn’t UV stable and they’re starting to break down. So I sent over an email with some pics on Sunday.

Monday morning, received my reply- this was apparently an experimental blend. They’re going to send a replacement set out.

Me, being me. Asked for a set that was “more pink”, if available. He came back and told me they didn’t really have pink but he could send black- which was fine.

Wednesday, my new set arrived on my porch. (Not even 48 hours after our last email).

Guess what color they are?! NOT black!

So thank you ActionTrax for the exceptional customer service and making my bougie heart happy with the pink! 🫶🏻

This is one of the benefits of buying from a small, American business. 🇺🇸
