Description:
A deburrer smooths edges and sides of manufactured parts, typically metal components, either manually or with a machine. As a deburrer, you inspect and finish equipment parts to ensure they fit properly into the machinery according to the specifications.

Our manufacturing company is looking for an experienced CNC operator who can run a variety of CNC machines and help to enhance the productivity of our organization. The successful candidate will perform work quality checks, monitor machine output each hour and make a few lock deliveries of our products to clients during downtime.
CNC Operator Machinist Job Duties:
• Operate CNC machining equipment.
• Load and unload components and tooling
• Perform rework and repair tasks
• Read drawings, determine critical dimensions/tolerances/diameters, & calculate conversion between decimals and fractions.
• Perform inspection of machined parts
• Use measuring equipment to verify conformance to specifications
• Operate other equipment and/or handheld equipment as required
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements: troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communication actions, irregularities, and continuing needs; by completing production and quality logs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to frequently lift/push/pull 50-pound objects
• 2-3+ years’ operating CNC equipment
• Willingness to be cross trained across multiple pieces of equipment
• Fluent in English and an effective communicator
• Bilingual (preferred, not required)
• Be able and willing to pass a drug test
• Candidate should be dependable, hardworking with a wonderful attitude!

We are looking for a Quality Inspector

Description
The QA Inspector performs appropriate in-process and final inspection of machined aerospace parts and Final Assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering and work instruction requirements.
Essential Functions:
Determine and utilize appropriate inspection methods and instruments (Micrometers, height gauges, air gages, radius gages, calipers, CMM, etc.) to complete in-process and final inspection of machined aerospace parts and Major Assemblies, including simple to moderate layouts and setups on a surface plate. Initiate non-conformance records and process parts not meeting requirements. Complete first article inspections to AS9100 and company/contractual requirements.
Continually strive to improve inspection effectiveness and efficiency by identifying and supporting implementation of process improvements.
