Final! The Merch Trailer! This is the trailer participants will be able to cash in tokens to get merch. We made aluminum corner shelving for display, t-shirt rack with waterfall hanger, and hung 2 very large outdoor rated TVs.

2nd portion to Kentucky trade show builds
These are demo stands for new release tools to be able to mount into and participants be able to demo them.
1. An auger will mount into the top and be able to remain stationary while being able to see what the auger movement is doing underneath.(they will fill with something light and see through)
2. String trimmer station that has movable magnetic clips holding fake grass that the trimmer will be demonstrated with.

The largest outdoor trade show is going on in Kentucky this week and we were asked to build some pretty unique stuff for Cub Cadet and DeWalt
A couple of these are games that participants will be able to play to earn tokens that they would be able to cash in for merchandise at the DeWalt merch trailer.
1. They wanted a “deadlift” station integrated into a mower deck that people could stand on and use while keeping the mower deck looking like a mower deck. We built a platform on top and there is an electric resistant pulley system mounted to the back with cables ran to the bar.
2. Dead Hang challenge with a timer that will mount to the top

Club Car Wash called us at about 10:30pm and realized one of the tracks for guiding the front tire of vehicles through had several broken welds and could not open the next day unless they could get them fixed. So that’s what we did!

Check out this custom egress cover a customer requested. Gas strut assisted hatch, vents on the back for circulation, roof rated polycarbonate panels for light and water proofing, anchored down all the way around with weather seal expanding foam on bottom, and made 100% out of aluminum. Built a little more heavy duty than your typical egress cover, this one will last a lifetime!

Customer called and had hit his wake maker on a log and bent it all up and asked if there was anything we could do to get it back for this weekend (the next day). As we tried bending it back the material (not steel) was in too bad of shape and cracked. Customer asked if there was anything else we could do, so we dug around and just made new ones! Because of the rush, we skipped over eye appeal and focused on strength and what would make it do its job. All that said, customer and his kids will be surfing waves this weekend!
