🙌 We are excited to announce that Jeffrey Massey has joined the Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) team at CSW Industrials as Sr. Sales Manager, National Accounts for EBS. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in technical sales, documentation and specification writing, project management, and marketing within the construction industry—most recently with TK Elevator.

In his most recent role, Jeffrey was responsible for nearly $100M in conveyance modernization and equipment sales at Denver International Airport—TK Elevator’s largest client worldwide by combined sales volume. He also authored several articles in a leading trade magazine, boosting marketing exposure for his former employer, key projects, and products.

He previously worked as a project manager and consultant in the vertical transportation industry with a leading consulting firm, where he honed his skills in specification writing/assembly and deepened his understanding of ASME/ANSI Code compliance.

We’re confident that Jeffrey’s unique writing expertise—combined with his ability to train, manage, and support both operational and sales teams—will contribute to improved sales and EBITDA growth for the EBS division in the months and years ahead.

Jeffrey earned his degree in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. He and his wife, Tessa, currently reside in Colorado between Denver and Colorado Springs. He will be actively traveling to support EBS clients and teams and assist in various sales and marketing initiatives.
