It’s a fantastic day to celebrate some PRIME BEEF! Part of this beef will be setting in our store freezer next week. All the ribeyes and a half beef are already spoken for, but we will have all our other great cuts! If you are interested in a half or whole beef, I have one left that is ready for a date with the butcher and more waiting for their turn in the finishing pen.
