Last day of the Shell Eco-Marathon was yesterday!! After hours of troubleshooting, our team took the car to technical inspection, and we passed! We were up against the clock to get on the track, but we worked together and made a successful official attempt.
We are excited to announce our prototype vehicle placed SECOND in our division, and the whole team has been celebrating this sensational milestone! 🏆
This week has been the culmination of months of effort from our team and we couldn’t ask for a better ending.

Day three of the Shell Eco-Marathon!!! We got to the track nice and early to start working on the car. We got our tank of hydrogen so we could start working on the back of the car and finding leaks. We also had the chance to show our hard work off to a group of elementary schoolers who dropped by for a visit. After multiple days of hard work and troubleshooting, we were also able to get our brakes working.

Day two of the Shell Eco-Marathon!! We got to the track bright and early and started to work on the car. Next, we went to Technical inspection (Tech inspection is where we are checked to make sure our car is compliant to the rules and regulations of Shell). We also had the incredible chance to go out and walk the Indianapolis Motor Speedway track, where our race will occur, as well as the famous Indy 500.

Day one of the Shell Eco-marathon! We got everything unpacked. We started to troubleshoot the problems we have encountered, but are ready for day two.

The shell Eco-marathon is only a few short days away. We got everything packed Saturday morning, and are ready to go. Thanks again to Warren tech for taking our car out there!

Another day another mentor! We had former student Leif Dahl come in to show us the ins and outs of the hydrogen system and help us power the motor for the first time!
